    Default Replacing window tracks

I'm planning to replace the window tracks on the doors of my `70 IIA. But do I need to remove the window latches riveted on above the windows? Or is there a way to get the glass out without doing so?

I believe, I just had to get those rusted screws out and was able to pry out what was left of the runner, probably the top one first, then it all comes out as i recall?

those screws are small and usually rusted, worn and need to be just bypassed. i think i punched them on thru or sanded them flush. use new screws and holes putting new stuff in.
