    1971 Series 2a 2.25 88 Diesel

Cool little 2.25 diesel, lots of recent work including a full tune, new clutch and trans service, new suspension. Starts right up and runs great. Even cruises on the Highway nicely in LA, although you wonÂ’t be having a conversation.

Lots of cosmetic cleaning, all the parts there to put together as a hard top but currently running topless. I have two tops, (one trop) two side corners and window tops.

I bought it on a whim from a guy who needed cash quick, and I wanted another project.

Have since picked up a few more RRCs and those are taking priority for me. This truck needs someone to take it that final mile and enjoy.

Non original keswick green that shows nicely, with limestone wheels and trim, new exmoor deluxe seats, windshield, glass seals, etc. all it needs is a cat flap door or a full size rear door, which I have a link to.

Located north of Los Angeles. Happy to show by appointment, have experienced shipper, referrals if needed. Titled in California after a lengthy international history originally in Italian military truck, purchased by an Italian moved to Croatia imported to Florida, and currently titled here in California. No smog, easy transfer. On PNO, but will remove a before sale. $29k obo with all hardtop parts. Please forgive how the photos load, the image manager is a PITA.

Yessir, will post a good bit more photos as soon as I’m back from holiday mid July.
