    Default Exaust Manifold

I have a manifold that has cracked, how hard is it to replace one of these little things?
    What should I expect?

Is not that difficult if you have the manual and follow directions, it takes more time to read the directions than doing the job.
You have access to the manual? Let me know, I'm doing a head gasket job and I could give you some hints.

    Climbing Bum,
Read my post on Torque values when doing engine work!!

Exhaust manifolds are a typical replacement item on Discos, they crack in half, probably some forum thread that talks about it somewhere, think it is ongoing problem, parts supplier issue.....
    Cheers from Bavaria
