    Default Error code PO 174

I had the radiator replaced by a non-Rover technician. I presume they disconnecet the battery at some point. When I picked up the truck the battery was dead because the ignition had been left on. The battery was jumped and the engine started. The check engine light soon came on. The code indicates that bank 2 is too lean. I've re-set the codes and it returns. What is the fix for such an error code?

I don't know anything about your code.
As for the radiator and a "non-rover tech" listen for strange noises coming from the passenger foot well. They may not have bleed the system correctly.
Do a search in the Discovery section for how to do it, here.
