    Default a/c problem

    i have a 1997 range rover dse 2.5 bmw diesel, my a/c dosent work i took it to the garage they filled it with gas and it worked ok. after a couple of days it stopped working went back to garage they said the gas is ok its the aux fans are not working they did the first time but for some reason stopped. i took of the cable off and joined together and they work so the fans are ok, can anyone help in finding the cause of this problem any help will be appreciated thanks

    Generally AUX or condensor fans are operated by function of the discharge pressure of the compressor. If you can find this pressure switch, jumper the contacts to bypass it and you should have an operational system until the shop can evacuate your system, replace the switch and recharge. Good Luck!!
