Funny that you mention it-was pondering that very possibility, and pics-yes-am also a Photographer . Time off is the issue(trauma center). Can get it 8-10 weeks in advance, but it never seems to jibe with Ebay wish lists. If it was gonna still be there in that time...though, lol. Would be a great trip- dangerous man to visit, I should think (would bring a bank check-AND NO OTHER MONEY)LOL.

i was thinking of something similar but i have enough trucks on my hands...
seeing how you would have 8-10 weeks in advance you could purchase the truck and keep it their while ike fabs up some custom sliders and bumpers complete with a warn 8274 out front. Those are just the necesities. If actually driving it home i would reccomend you take ike up on his offer to install an overdrive and Ive heard what an upgrade parabolic springs are from the stock military ones. So not only would you be driving a land rover cross country... it would be a pretty cool rover too. oh yea and ear plugs might come in handy

Sadly, I am not the OWNER of the trauma center, but alas a humble worker bee.lol. Yes I agree- the kids can pay for their own college- great plan...are high risk bank loans hard to get in today's economy?? Anyone need a kidney??
