Side benefits of Rovers

We're refinancing our home to get a lower interest rate and had an appraiser come out to look the house over. Had the Disco and Series parked in the driveway when he pulled up. He spent about 20 minutes looking them over, especially the Series (only spent 20 minutes on the house). During the "Rover time" I sort of told him the "majic number" we were looking for...the appraisal came back right on spot! Coincidence???

My wife said that's the first time the Series didn't cost us money!
