You might have your NAV module checked. Mine is in series with the radio wiring harness, I have a 99 HSE. That shouldnt affect the screen though. Might be a bad NAV/Display module for the white screen issue. I would start by checking to see if there is a NAV interface module in series with the stereo, this might be the cause of the no sound issue.

try this place nothing but good words is what i hear about them. i'm talking with them now about my radio and they think good chance its the amp
