Default "Klonk" sounds from the front suspenssion

My RR has done 150000 km.
I have these klonk sounds when driving on uneven surface. I have checked balljoints, steering balljoints, upper and lower arms rubber bush, - not disassempled, but turned, preesed and so o, but cannot find any defects. There are no marks where metal tutch metal.
Does any of you have any ideas?
    Ole
