    It would be nice to see someone grab that 1970 and get it back on the road / trail.

    Yep. I snagged it. Bought it just a day after my post (a little over a year ago now). It has its original engine and drivetrain. Also many many 'A' suffix original parts. I restore 2 door Range Rovers and plan on performing a frame off resto on it as soon as I finish a '72 I'm working on. It's the 253rd Range Rover made.
