    The Land Rover Muddy Chef Challenge is a three-day event that has been described as "Top Gear meets Top Chef". Contestants will face challenging off-road driving (no prior experience needed), compete in two world-class vehicle based cooking contests and participate in a wide variety of social and interactive events.       The IRON Muddy Chef Challenge is perhaps the most challenging event of the weekend. You have no idea whats going to be in the mystery food basket. Last year it was brook trout, pineapple, artichokes, and a can of spam. There is a shared food pantry of ingredients to choose from and you get 50 minutes to make something. It's very cool to watch people working furiously to create something.

          We added hot laps on the Lime Rock racetrack on Thursday of the event. The big track, not the itty bitty autocross track. No, not in a Land Rover - something fast. Well, faster than a RR Sport SVR. www.muddychef.com
