Need help with diesel timing

Looking for someone on the North Shore of Boston that can help me time the injector pump. I have it what I think is close, meaning it runs but lots of white smoke. I don't have the timing tool and have done everything off of measurements. if someone is adept at doing this I would appreciate the help. 1975 series 3 right hand drive diesel
