egine removal of a 2000 range rover

can someone give me the steps to remove my engine which is a 4,0 se with air, di ineed to remove the grill and all that. car is in nice shape except for the motor. only get offers around 1000.00 for it so i thought iw would turn it into a project. need help much thanks david in homosassa fl

No.. its straightforward. You might find it easier to disassemble a fair amount of the motor in the truck, strip it down to a short block, makes getting at the top 4 bolts on the bell housing easier. Remember to flip your hood up so you have the clearance.
