P38A Steering arm/nut/u joint needed for series power steering conversion

As the title says, I'm looking for an arm and retaining nut, and possibly the universal joint, to fit a LHD P38A box. I have a rebuilt box that's going in a series rig, but can't complete the welding until I have these parts. Help!
