Questions re Selling Series II A 109 6 Cyl

I'm selling my 1968 Series II A 109, the six cylinder version, on BAT. Some arcane questions have come up and I wanted to ask if anybody here could throw some light on them. There's an extra round light on the back just above the Land Rover emblem on the left side. Anybody know what it's for? I have never even thought about it! See photo. And then a poster asked, "Which year did Land Rover change from painting the top body-color and the sunshield limestone to painting both the top and sunshield limestone (like on this truck)?" Any illumination would be appreciated!

I saw that on bat, love how that runs yours is a fantastic example, I have a 77, it doesn't run yet, I can't help with the questions, but did you find a competent mechanic to work on the frame off and Six cylinder engine? I found some odd issues with the engine and may need some help, fitting an MSD ignition looks like a good idea too. I'm hoping to have some luck firing it up soon, incredibly it "ran" when I bought it, but never in my life have I seen a vehicle in such disrepair
