How prompt was the service?

My bumper was supposed to ship on 4/28 and take three days to get here. I sent an e-mail just to see if it was shipped and no reply. I've called twice within business hours but I get no answer!

Matt Bush just called me, the bumper should be out tomorrow! He seems like a pretty cool guy and the bumpers look like they get the job done! I will update when I get the bumper and let anyone who is interested as to my opinion towards the quality.
