    Winch wiring to 110 rear

I have a winch mounted on a 2" receiver plate for front and rear use. What gauge wire can I run to the rear? Tha battery is under the front seat, so the distance is about 8ish feet to rear and 6ish to front.

What winch are you using? Tha gauge wire you need depends on the amps it draws as well as the distance.

Looks like 380 amps at full loand I found a chart on offroaders.com which goes up to 200 amps and it suggests 6 awg for 10', 4 for 15 and 20 feet and 2 for 25 feet. I'm leaning towards 4 wag since the run time on a winch is not long. Thoughts?

It's not just how long you run the winch. Volt drop is a factor, the greater the volt drop the harder it is on the winch and the less power you have.
Figuring 380 amps #2 will give you 0.46v drop at 6 feet, which is high IMO. I like to keep it well under .5v to allow for any other resistance in the circuit. So for 6' I'd go at least #1 which would be a .32v drop.
For the 8' run I'd go at least 1/0 which would be a .33v drop.
