1987 RHD Defender 110 5 Door AC Add

Does anyone know if I can add air conditioning to a 1987 110 5 door RHD with a 3.9 V8? If so what is needed? Our hosts only sell a LHD addition.

Try this system from Elite Automotive, they say they do not have it for a V8, but they are working on it.
