Power not getting to starter

So I went to pick up my 88 D90 V8 from the port yesterday and the stereo system had been stolen. They grounded out the battery and fried it. I replaced it and when the ignition is turned, I hear 1 click, a relay I assume. I have not looked at the fuses yet. Any recommendation greatly appreciated. I am not electrically inclined past hooking up accessories. Thanks

Note: pushing a 90 on and off a uHaul trailer is a real challenge !
