Leaky rear hub

My right rear hub is leaking on my 89 D-90. I have not delved into too deeply yet, but is it possible that this could just be a stuffed up breather in the rear axle? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Leak

Five will get you ten that it's the breather. If clearing that doesn't do it these seals are pretty easy to change out.
