Replacing NAS 110 Defender head gasket

I have a head gasket leak and plan to replace it. I got the new type of gasket from our hosts (and new bolts) but have been unsuccessful in getting instructions on doing it. Apparently there is a very specific way to do it. I'm happy to pay if there is a CD or handbook out there. Can somebody please help or point me in the right direction.Thanks
