TDI 300 idle RPM?

Just wondering if anyone knows what the TDI 300 should idle at for RPM and what might the reasons be for idling around 1100 RPM! Might the idle just need adjustment? Thanks

Has the throttle cable become stuck? Try adjusting down the idle on the plastic turn knob on the rear of the DPS pump.
