110/90 front mudflaps

How are the flaps attached to the bracket? kit included 6 rivet/nails and washers how do these work? the rear kit flaps came attached to the brackets. The directions included for front kit make no mention of flap attachment to bracket. thanks brian

Are you talking about Pop Rivets? Seems pretty self explanitory
