d90 fuel pump problem

hi got a 94 90 stopeed running fuel pump not heard on ignition. found fuel pump fuse had melted and no power to fuse. re wired fuse and powered up fuse with power probe and pump is working. got power to relays. but with no ignition i get ground when ignition on no ground and no power at all. same from the relay checked wire from ignition and no breaks. anyone any ideas. vehicle cranks and have got spark.

Have you checked the Maxi-Fuse, under the bonnet?
