Ignition switch not supplying power to blower

In troubleshooting why the blower on my 110 won't work, I find that there is no voltage at the ignition switch where the blower lead attaches.

What's the best way forward here? Is this something I need to replace or can this be repaired?

Do you have a wiring diagram?
Is this for an NAS 110?
