Rover type hubs on a Salisbury?

Will the spindles,hubs, 10 inch Drums and backing plates from my 90’s rear diff bolt onto the drum braked Salisbury I am going to install? other wise I need new bearings and brakes. I also believe the 11 inch brakes will be too much for my 90.
