1996 R380 ran fine last
weekend, cleared codes P1193 for fuel air, replaced coolant temp sender for
guage-all happy check engine light out.
Went to take it in for emissions to license this morning and it
wouldn't start. cranks fast and fine as usual, fuel at rail, pulled spark plug-no
spark... check engine light also does not illuminate at ignition on now or come
on any other time... worked when I cleared the codes...Did not notice if this occurred after clearing codes but it
ran fine just noting if it matters for diagnoses... I looked all over the rear
of the bell housing for the cps-no luck. Rover manual (bentley) mentions nothing
about crank and no start other than fuel issues go figure. also says cps is
under starter-nope...this is a R380 truck.
