What kind of Motor oil do you guys use?

Hi I'm trying to figure out what the best motor oil (By weight is normally how I try to do things) to put in my 98 Disco 1. I tend to put synblend 10w40 Valvoline in my Disco. I live in Texas if that means much other than that it's usually hot here with the exception of the "winters" that are cool.

MOBILE 1 Full Synthetic

I use only Mobile 1 full syn throughout. 10W40 for the engine lube.
Don't forget the ole' LR adage... "If it's not leaking, it's empty."

Hehe I've actually gotten the oil to stop leaking however power-steering and a couple of other leaks but in due time they will be fixed and replaced with new leaks.
