Need help resolving a P0441 code

My 1996 Disco has a P0441 code. I know it has something to do with the Evaporative Emission Control System, but I'm not sure where to start. I checked the gas cap and it's on tight. I want to trace the hose lines, but I don't know where the parts to the evaporative Emission Control System are located. Does anyone have a schematic that shows the different parts of the system and where they are located? Are there any tests I can try? Are there any valves I can test?
