Disco I seat removal

I'm thinking of swapping the left and right front seats -- just to get more even wear. Has anyone done this? -- no armrests (99 Disco I) -- they look identical. Has anyone removed a single seat? How involved is it? A list of steps by someone who has tackled this would be fantastic!

I've removed one. Four bolts to the floor on my 97.
As easy as it looks.
