G'day everyone, I just got my first land rover have much to learn. I rebuilt classic VW's for years, and want to try something new. I traded a VW for a 1995 Disco with a few issues, like a hole in the engine block where a connecting rod came out to say "hello". I am going to pick up a used short block on Friday. Hopefully it will be up and running again soon.

I will do my best to get pics up tonight when I get home from work. As far as the VW's I have restored 60's and 70's bugs, a few type three squarebacks, a bay window bus, rebuilt a few MK2 and MK3 trannys and engines. I went with the Land Rover because I look forward to having to learn all of its quirks. I figured why not start off with an engine swap.
