tach not working, speedometer sometimes sporadic, temperature gauge fluctuates, brake lamp blinks, low fuel lamp on and off....... this disco has new alternator, water pump, radiator, viscous fan, temperature senders ... can it be the green 5 pin relay that looks at several things?

Make sure you routed the belt correctly, and check the tach connection on the alt.

only thing that comes to mind that those share is maybe the ground connection in the footwell?
