    Recommendations

    I would like to buy a 2004 Discovery, any suggestions, and cautions? Have had 3 LR'S, want a Discovery now.

      The main calls I've had on these have been cooling related.
      I would suggest a compression test and hyro carbon check to see if there are any issues with heads/gaskets.
      Also factor in replacing the radiator/heater hoses and throttle body gasket set (RNH761).

              Stay as simple as you can, get a "S" model with no sun roofs and 16 in rims.

              Keep up on the maintenance. If you think you can just drive it and forget about it, spend your money on something else.
