Roof leaking around vents

All of a sudden I found a rather large roof leak around the ceiling vents. Wondering if this is a common issue maybe from a cracked gutter? The leak is mostly on the drivers side roof vents including the middle vent. If it is the gutter, any recommendations what to use as a sealant?

i live in Florida so I can rule out ice/snow jam.

I have the same problem with my front sunroof as well as it doesn't open fully. What can I do to fix this?
