Looking to put a Hitch Receiver on the front of my 99 Disco II for portable Winch

Have any of you seen or tried to do this? I am not in the need of the Winch to be out front all the time and I have had situations where I want it attached to the rear receiver so I am looking to modify mine to work on both sides. I am happy to modify the bumper cover to accommodate it but was hoping that a kit was made or that someone had luck modifying another product to work.
