what to use for securing gaiter on 1/2 shaft

just repacked a couple of sets of spare front 1/2 shafts and I need to re-secure the boots over the joints. can I use large screw type hose clamps? not sure if they will rub the inside of the knuckle (kind of looks like it). is there some there low pro camp, that you guys use?
    thanks

what is this clamp? the big one?.....not worried about the small ones (I used pex quick clamps)

The problem with using a standard "Jubilee" clip is the screw part can affect the balance of the half shaft, causing a vibration at speed.
I would think a local autoparts store would have the correct size CV joint spring clip, if you have the gaiter or diameter available.

If you are in need of a quick fix thin wire works well if you use multiple wraps.
