How to replace indicator flasher relay Discovery Series II

Indicators and Hazard lights are not working and indications are it is a faulty flasher relay.

I believe it is under the dash but cannot find it.

Can anyone assist with further instructions

under hood, on starboard side, on right wing very close to the expansion tank for the radiator.
