Windshild wipers

Does any body know the part # for the plastic piece behind the wind shield wipers?

There are two different parts for the front windshield wipers. One is just the piece that holds the wiper to the arm. The other is a windfoil that holds the wiper to the arm. Either way, there is a small plastic piece contained within that actually snaps into place and cannot be purchased separately. Which plastic piece are you referring to?
