Does anyone know the proper fitment of the vacuum advance line to a Solex? I have two carb bodies and each has a different connection method and I trying to figure out the original and proper method. The first method places an olive inside the carb boby then a screwed fitting (PN 260707) which the vacuum advance fits into. The second method looks like someone scrapped the fitting, drilled and tapped the hole bigger and used a standard screwed tube union. Any ideas? Picture?
