Where can I get mud flaps that have the Land Rover letters in white?

    Hey

Are the original letters white or yellow? I have seen some on ebay UK but rarely.

I'm assuming original were yellow as that's what I was buying in the 70's. Then they went to white, and now not colored at all.
I haven't seen new yellow or white in years, unless it was NOS.

Four wheel drive allows you to get stuck
      in places even more inaccessible.

With a small bottle of acrylic paint from a local hobby shop you can have most any color lettering you want …..school bus yellow replicates close the original yellow.

Exactly what I did. Go to your local Ace Hardware and buy a little jar of Plasti-Kote Odd 'n Ends Fast Dry enamel.

I thought the yellow was a little too dark so I tinted it with some white (yup - wicked @nal). Goes on easy and lasts forever.

Yup, yellow was the original color lettering, at least in 1974.

Are the new ones all black with the letters RAISED? or just outlined?

The newest ones in my garage are raised.
I could have sworn the early once were recessed but it's been decades so....

You'r correct, in that the origial flaps in 74 were recessed as opposed to the raised lettering that are available now,,,,,,They were also made of a bit stiffer rubber/material

The raised letters are easy to paint: Just use one of those disposable foam brushes and dab away......
