    Fiance deserves a medal

I know this is more general discussion, but I figured all you series people might appreciate this more so than the power steering/fuel injected crowd. No offense to the new Rover people intented...OK, maybe just a little.

So I propose to my long time girlfriend last night. Of course, we were driving the Rover. After I proposed we walked back the truck and found an older couple taking a look at it. I start talking to them, they take our first post engagement photo (in front of the truck of course), then we continue to talk about the truck for a while. My girlfriend was not only all about the Rover talk, but she suggests we make sure to have the truck incorporated into the wedding some how.

Just as Im not sure my situation could get any better my clutch master cylinder blows out and the pedal goes straight to the floor.

    ...And thats just about right.
No, its not a Jeep...update, actually it is for right now. I am temporarily Rover-less.

Hear that if your pedal won't stay up, Viagra might help.....

Take this opportunity to do a full frame off restoration before the wedding! Wives seem less understanding of the cost of rover repairs compared to girlfriends/fiances.

          Congrats on the engagement!

I personally think that clutch master cylinder would make a great pre-wedding gift from RN.

Mazel Tov to you crazy kids! May you have much happiness. And to have that happiness, I suggest that you set up a secret fund for a new kitchen: That way, when you want to perform that inevitable frame off resto on your 109, you can offer your beloved a new kitchen in exchange. It is a bargain that most women can't resist.
