I have added a photo of my 1955 land Rover Series Station Wagon, which I imported into the USA in 2008 after purchasing from Dunsfold Motors in the UK.
It had a new chassis in 1995, at the same time being upgraded with a 2.5 Petrol 110 engine and Range Rover Axles for better cruising speed. The body has been left to reflect the patina of it's 57 years.
Since purchasing, I have had added a couples of plates to the firewall and replaced the carb.
The milometer on the speedometer has never worked and the heater matrix has been bypassed, but the Land Rover only does 300-400 miles per year in the summer, this has never been a problem.
