I'm in providence. I've only met one in person but I know there are at least 2 in town, many in Jamestown/Newport/ south county.

I'm not up on it, talk to Osajaj, I think he told me he wheels with guys from CT if I remember? Others I'm sure will chime in at some point. Might have been someone else, I was asking the same questions a while ago and then I had two kids....

I'm the guy from CT Omar wheels with. I made a facebook group for CT rover owners a few years ago. Its very informal, I post up when and where I'm going out and anyone who wants is more than welcome to tag along. I go to school in omaha so most of the events occur when I'm home on breaks. There will be a lot of gatherings this summer. Aaron and I will be mad dashing to get my 88 running before british by the sea, so I'll have a shop day or two. Then the big event is British By the Sea weekend (see the other thread http://forums.roversnorth.com/showth...ish-by-the-sea), camp friday, off road saturday, go to the show on sunday all muddy. If you're on facebook I recommend joining the group, otherwise pm me your contact info and I'll keep you in the loop. https://www.facebook.com/groups/6134...okmark_t=group

The last big nonevent we put on was an expedition to allie's donuts, and my motor sh!t the bed, here's some pics: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?s...1&l=8af4c9eafd

              happy rovering,
              -Rob

Yes, I'm guessing I was visiting Lilly Marlene's. Looking forward to pulling the roof off again, need to get a new windscreen though, mine has stress fractures around the hinges.

Couldn't resist pulling over for that shot. Defiantly going to make it to British by the sea this year ( finally)!

Restored? From what I remember of Metal Dash a few years ago, it's already in a pretty pristine and restored condition. Are you just having original dealer's window stickers installed?

Haha, she is pretty clean. But she is going to get a galvanized chassis, all pulled apart and cleaned up, brakes , suspension, etc. I hope next time you see her you will think it is even in better condition!
