Rear upper tailgate

I have found a rear upper tailgate, but it does not have the mounting hardware. Anybody know where I might find these parts? Thanks.

Unavailable anywhere. You may have some luck trolling ebay UK, but the last set that came up (back in october I think) they wouldn't ship to the US. These are by far the most difficult pieces to come up with. I don't think anyone in the US has any.
If you don't mind non original, I suppose you could fashion the proper parts, since they aren't all that complicated.

I can add that I've purchased Item 41, Exterior handle assembly, from RN - and it came complete with the seal and green label. Also purchased Item 30, Lock Arm Set - wrapped in wax paper and also with green label.

I'm sure that you can get everything but the hinge pockets that mount to the roof. Keep your eyes peeled and ask around. If folks know you are looking, you might get lucky. The hinge pockets are "handed" left and right, so you need two different parts.
