Audio Speakers in a Series IIA 109 SW

I'm in the final stages of restoring a 1962 Series IIA 109. Interested in a reasonably elegant stereo speaker solution. It'll have a Tuffy center cubby box, so location of the receiver (and maybe amp) will be easy, but does anyone have suggestions/photos as to the best locations for speakers? I'd like them to be reasonably invisible, so no big boxes please. Simple is good. Thanks.

I have seen them mounted in an overhead tray, in boxes in the rear corners, in boxes in the upper rear corners, in doors with 110 door cards (or with LaSalle door cards) in LaSalle headliners, and in panels built into the metal dash.
I suppose that you could also put them in the footwells if you somehow boxed in the backside. There's about an inch and some change between the side of the footwell and the wing skin. I haven't seen them in the seat box.
How big a speaker are you thinking?

I don't have time to crop and post the photos here, but ECR just had photos of some speaker boxes they are producing for their Defender restorations. They are formed to fit in the rear between the quarter panels and the jump seats, and fill in what is essentially a useless space otherwise. There is a photo of one installed, where you can barely see it behind the jump seats. They look as if they hold 3 10-12" speakers per box. You will need those and then some to be able to hear the music reasonably in a series rover.

        Thanks for the input.
I'm looking for location before I decide on speaker size.
I appreciate good music but I'm not an audiophile and don't expect the highest quality sound in the 109. That said, I'd like to be able to hear the radio!

I've seen some people install a roll bar in their rebuilds. Perhaps a jeep-like sound bar would be fittable with some light modification

'63 109" I had was wired for sound. The speakers were located - 1ea in the dash, mounted onto a piece of wood that was carpeted, then 1ea in the C pillar, about head high to someone sitting in the rear bench seat. Sorry no longer with me, so I don't have too many pictures. You can see in this pic the dash mounted speaker in the cnr of photo.

The cheapest way to add a stereo is a bluetooth Jambox.
