Hello all, I've checked the events section here and elsewhere. I see the Uwharrie and Wintergreen events. I'm heading north to Canada from New Orleans over the next few months and would like to drop by as many events as possible. Is there a complete list of events somewhere. I should know this but haven't had the opportunity to attend many outside Nova Scotia. Hope to meet lots of you. Cheers, Peter Knowles Am I the only person who can't get a carriage return to work in this editor?

There's The Vermontation Tour...an intimate series Rover tour of Vermont micro breweries and micro distilleries in late July. This is a follow-on to the Vermeat Tour (video here), 2 years ago, where we visited (and camped out at) farms all over Vermont. The freshest pork, beef, venison and vegetables EVER!
Vermontation is a very small, informal event--the host has just said that we were at our max number of participants (a little less than 10 Rovers), but I'm certain he would make an exception for a wandering, north-bound Canadian with many fireside stories to tell if you're around the area in late July:

Oops...Just had a check of the calendar. Looks like July isn't in the spring anymore. Well, if your progress is slower than expected, keep that event in mind.--Mark

Thanks Mark!
That sounds so good I'd come back to Vermont for it.
I may actually be in Montreal around then anyway.
I haven't been able to get on GnR since I signed up with this crappy cell provider.
Banished for bad behavior. I'll find a hotspot and check out the link.
Best cheers

Thanks Mark.
Still can't get in.
It's because of Straight Talk, either on my IPhone or tethered PC I get,...
Could it be some Straight Talk subscribers are naughty,....

There's also this one listed in the Clubs forum: http://forums.roversnorth.com/showth...and-Experience in late June, though I don't think strictly it's a Land Rover event, per se. Mostly Jeeps, I suspect.--Mark

Thanks again Mark,
Yes I saw that too.
Really interested in Vermontation.
You say it's almost full.
I don't want to intrude on regulars but if there's a waiting list I'd love to be on it.
Cheers

Peter, I wouldn't worry too much about it being full, as not everyone who says they're going will show up, there's always one or two who won't go. We would most certainly welcome you around the fire.

I sent Don a link to your profile here, he's the one coordinating the event, I asked him to pop over and send you a PM about the event. He should be contacting you soon. Hope to finally meet you in person.

British by the Sea, June 1, Waterford, Connecticut. Not strictly a Land Rover event, but there'll be Land Rovers there:
