Sighting in Felton, CA.

Yesterday I was driving my 109 from Santa Cruz to Felton and around the corner on Hwy 9 came a faded pastel green 109 with a roof rack, Never seen it here before and didn't recognize the driver, I waved, they didn't. Anyone here?
