    I used 3M black weatherstrip adhesive.

    (9.7 minutes now that she's a 3-door).

      after you set the new seal, due leave it open, close it for the pressure from vent door?

        When I did mine I closed the vent to apply pressure but put wax paper over the seal to prevent any ooze out glueing the vent tight.

          You will probably need an extra person to help close the vent tight enough the first time, then let them "set" awhile so the seals conform to the vents.
