Advice for swapping out a Series 3 Alternator

Good Afternoon fellow Rover owners,

I'm hoping someone could send me a link or instructions with illustrations better than the Haynes book for changing the alternator in my Series 3. I'm pretty new to these vehicles and any adice would be welcome.
