U bolts for suspension, series 2A

When fixing the U-bolts for the suspension on a 2A, there is one bolt that has a different top shape, (more square, than half circle), so where on the axle does that one go?

The squared off one sits next to the diff, on the RH side of the axle (inboard). The axle casing is at its oddest shape there, so a special shaped U bolt was called for.
